Ayushman Bharat Yojana is helpful for people in medical treatment in listed hospitals. this scheme was started in year 1 April 2018 launched by central government on the online portal. If your name and your family name are included in the list of this Yojana then the person and family can take advantage of this scheme for up to 5 lakh years in a listed hospital. Ayushman Bharat Yojana  Registration Process

Step1:-Visit the official website i.e https://pmjay.gov.in/

Step 2:-Home page will appear on the screen, look like-

Step 3:Look at the right corner, You will see the option mentioned in the below image. it will be written AM I eligible, click on that button. 

Step 4:- This window will appear on the screen.

Step 4:- Enter your mobile Number and also complete the security code and after then click on generate OTP.

Step 5:-check your inbox you have recieved 6 digit verification code, enter the sane code in the text box.

Step 6:- Click on submit button.

Step 7:- A new page will appear on the screen, From that choose your name option and ration card option. a new form will appear after then complete your accurate detail.

Step 8:- Click on get details and now the information will appear on the screen. this happens in two situations whether you are suitable for this scheme or not.

Step 9:- End.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana Yojana Required Document

•  Adhaar card/ pan card
•  mobile , email
• caste certificate
• Income certificate (maximum annual income to be only up to Rs 5 lakh per year).
• Document proof of the current status of the family to be covered.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana Eligibility Criteria

There are two categories are defined rural and urban, choose according to you-

Eligibility for rural area

•  kutcha house is necessary in a rural area
• the woman is The head of the family.
• The disabled person should be necessary in the family, no adult should be in the age group of 16-59
• Monthly income should be less than 10000
• helpless
• landless
• Homeless, begging or doing labor work in a rural area 

Eligibility For Urban Area

1. The person who picks up the garbage, be a hawker, a laborer, guard job, cobbler, sweeper, tailor, driver, shop worker, rickshaw puller, porter  reducer, painter, conductor, Mistry, Washer, etc.
2. Person monthly income is less than 10,000 etc. is eligible for Ayushman Yojana.

How to see Ayushman Bharat Yojana List 2021?

Step1:- Go to the official website. i.e. https://pmjay.gov.in/

Step 2:- Click on the I am eligible option available in the right corner

step 3:- A login form will appear to enter your mobile number and click on the button to generate OTP, you recieved OTP on your message box.

Step 4:- After submitting find your name your beneficiary. Search your name by choosing the desired option:- 

1. by ration card number
2. beneficiary name
3. by registered mobile number

step 5:- your details will display on the screen.

Process to download ayushman bharat yojana mobile app

step 2:- on the home page click on the download app.
