She is best known for appearing on the TV dance competition series So You Think You Can Dance, in which she was a contestant in season 2 and one of the All-Stars in seasons 7–11 and 14. She performed with the American band Earth, Wind & Fire at the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. She is trained in various dance styles. She trained with many dancers such as Travis Wall, Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio, Kenny Ortega, and Louis Van Amstel. She has been interested in choreography since her teenage years.
