The Amar Laxmi Sansthan is led by two bodies: a Board of Trustees, which includes all members/trustees who have joined the Foundation to date, and a Management Committee, which includes the Founder Trustees. To maintain total independence in policymaking, members of the Board serve in their own capacities rather than as representatives of any organisation or institution. The management committee's function, on the other hand, is to provide the company direction and leadership, to develop and implement strategy, to define suitable organisational policy, and to operate operations efficiently.
