The organization strives to bridge the Employability Gap that occurs among underprivileged adolescents via two career-focused initiatives, CareerAware and CareeReady.

Antarang Foundation, founded in 2012 by Priya Aggarwal, works with disenfranchised kids from Mumbai's urban, high-risk neighborhoods to help them transition from school to job. Its headquarter is at 231/C, Tawripada Compound,  Dr. SS Rao Road, Lalbaug, Mumbai, Maharashtra,400012.

The Activity Of The NGO

• Antarang has offered two structured programs in the areas of awareness (career awareness), ability, and access during the last eight years (CareeReady). These programs are for those between the ages of 14 and 28. We've expanded the programs to three Indian states: Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Goa, where they've helped over 100,000 young adults find their way into the jobs of their dreams.
• The focus is on youngsters between the ages.
• Self-awareness, career awareness, and exploration, career assistance, and career counseling with parents are all important program inputs.
• This program's key effect objectives include higher ambitions, clarity of job choice, and a defined career plan, as well as lower school dropout rates.
• CareerReady programmes are designed to identify and teach disadvantaged young aged 18 to 25 in areas such as self-awareness, career awareness, job skills and ethics, and business English. Individuals can use the programme to find jobs in their chosen field. Students are guided until they are able to successfully integrate into mainstream employment.

Antarang was created by Priya Agrawalan in 2013 and has since grown into the thriving organization it is today. Priya comes to us with 25 years of business and social welfare experience as an Ashoka Fellow and Dasra Social Impact Leadership fellow. Priya likes to read and take pictures in her leisure time. Priya is a motivator for the entire staff because of her friendly yet tough approach.
