Asha Foundation Trust

Katra Group established Asha Foundation as a non-profit organisation in 2001.

The goal is to reach out to society's differently-abled children and help them find a more rewarding life. Children with Cerebral Palsy, Down's syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurological problems receive physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at Asha Rehab Centre.

Asha started Nine Months Miracle, a pregnancy education programme with pre-natal and post-natal exercises, in 2006 to facilitate normal deliveries and healthy newborns. The Asha Integrated School for Autism first opened its doors in 2007, with the goal of providing special education to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Since its start, the Asha Foundation has aided around 1200 children.
