Ayushman Mitra Registration Process 2022

First of all, you have to go to the Ayushman Mitra page of the National Health Authority website.
You have to click on the CLICK HERE TO REGISTER button. As in the photo below.
On clicking, the page of User Management under Ayushman Bharat Scheme will open in front of you.
For Ayushman Mitra Self Registration, you have to click on Self Registration or Ayushman Mitra Registration.
Now the page of Self Registration will open in front of you. Here you have to enter your mobile number and Aadhaar number and click on submit button.
Next, you have to verify OTP by ticking the empty box. As in the photo below. In this way, your E-KYC verification will also be done.
Now your photo and all the personal details available on Aadhaar will open in front of you. As in the photo below. Here you will get to see your name, date of birth, and full address. You have to fill in your Present Address again by scrolling down.
Now you have to scroll down again and click on Create by selecting BIS2.0 in Application Type and Self User in Role in the Role Details section.
By clicking on the create button, the process of Ayushman Mitra registration will be completed and you will get a username and password. With the help of this username / ID and password, you can log in and make an Ayushman card under Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
