BPSC Headmaster Vacancy 2022

There are a total of 6421 available positions for Headmaster. Out of the total vacancies, 2372 are reserved for female applicants, while the remaining 4050 are reserved for male applicants. All vacancies in the BPSC Headmaster Bharti 2022 are also reserved for various caste categories. There are 1668 vacancies for General category candidates, 450 vacancies for EWS category candidates, 642 vacancies for SC category candidates, 46 vacancies for ST category candidates, 729 vacancies for OBC category candidates, and 513 vacancies for BC category candidates out of the total vacancies for male candidates.

Educational Qualification: - Graduation from a recognized university with at least a 50% average.

Note that SC/ST/Extremely Backward Classes/Backward Classes/Divyang/Women and Economically Weaker Sections will be given a 5% relaxation in the minimum prescribed marks.

Fazil degrees from Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna / Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, and Acharya degrees from Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University will be considered postgraduate.

B.Ed./B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed degrees from accredited institutions

For teachers appointed in 2012 or later, the teacher must have passed the eligibility test.

Age Limit: - As of August 1, 2021, the candidate's age must be between 31 and 47 years old.

Experience: - Minimum of ten years of continuous service as a secondary teacher in a State Government School under Panchayati Raj Institution and Municipal Institution.

CBSE/ICSE/BSEB Minimum of 12 years continuous service as a Secondary Teacher in a school that is permanently affiliated with.

Minimum of eight years of continuous service as a higher secondary teacher in a State Government School under Panchayati Raj Institution and Municipal Body Institution.

CBSE/ICSE/BSEB Minimum of ten years of continuous service as a Senior Secondary Teacher in a school with permanent affiliation.

BPSC Headmaster Exam Pattern 2022

There will be a written exam only for the Principal. There will be 150 questions to answer in total. The General Studies course will have 100 questions and the BEd course will have 50 questions. The exam will be given using an OMR sheet. Each question is worth one point, and wrong answers are worth 0.25 points. No points will be awarded if the question is left unanswered. The test will last two hours.

The written test retained 40% of general category applicants, 36.5 % of backward class candidates, 34% of severely backward class candidates, and 32% of SC-ST, women, and disabled candidates.
