We all remember Harshaali Malhotra aka Munni from the 2014 release bollywood film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” for which Harshaali has recently received Indian National Award for her spectacular performance.
Harshaali shared some pictures of her receiving the award from Governor of Maharashtra, Mr. Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari. She posted that “This award is dedicated to @beingsalmankhan @kabirkhankk @castingchhabra uncle for believing in me… And for full Bajrangi bhaijaan team”.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan revolves around a girl named Shahida who was a mute girl from Pakistan. While on her return journey from India to Pakistan, she separates from her mother and then was found by Salman Khan aka Bajrangi.
Shahida being mute couldn’t speak about her residence or about anything therefor Salman gives her a name called Munni. After discovering that Munni belongs from Pakistan, Bajrangi decides to take her to Pakistan to her family. Due to lack to Visa, Bajrangi enters along with Munni in Pakistan illegally but gets caught but somehow Munni reaches her home.
The character of Munni was played by Harshaali when she was 6 years old. She won many awards that year for the best child artist category. She got popular among kids.
Harshaali began her career with Bajrangi Bhaijaan. She got huge popularity. She was seen in many ads then but she has not appeared in any more movies since then. Her fans are waiting for her new movie. Harshaali interacts with her fans every now and then through her social media accounts.
