Jean-Luc Baker (born October 7, 1993) is an American ice dancer. Along with his skating partner Caitlin Havec, he is the 2018 Four Continents Champion, the 2018 NHK Trophy Champion and a four-time USA National Bronze Medalist (2019-22).
Earlier in his career, he was the 2014 Junior World Champion, the 2013 JGP Finals silver medalist and the 2014 US Championship. He became the Junior National Champion.
Jean-Luc Baker was born in Burnley, England. He is the son of Sharon Jones Baker, who represented the UK in ice dance at the 1988 Winter Olympics, and Stephen Baker, who competed for the UK in pair skating at the 1976 World Junior Championships.
Baker was born with a club foot. At the age of four, he moved with his family to the United States. He attended Harbor Point High School and Kamiyak High School in Mukilteo, Washington. After graduating, he moved to Detroit, Michigan to pursue his career. He is a black belt in Taekwondo.
