Early Life & Career: - After joining the Juventus youth program in So Paulo, Miura got his first professional deal with Santos in 1986. Up to his return to Japan in 1990, he played for a number of other Brazilian clubs, including Palmeiras and Coritiba. Miura was nominated to the Japan team for the 1990 Asian Games in September 1990.
