Step 5: A PDF page for the Kerala Swaraya Yojana Application Form will appear on the screen. You must print this application form after downloading it.
Step 6- Now fill in all of the needed information (including your name, address, phone number, and other personal information) and attach all of the relevant papers.
Step 7: Applicants must submit completed applications and supporting papers to the District Social Justice Officers in their respective districts. The appropriate authorities will approve your application after verifying the completed application form and supporting papers.
