Under the Madhya Pradesh Awas yojana, now Prime Minister Narendra Modi also wants to fulfill everyone's dream of getting a house. That is why the initiative of the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Rural Housing Scheme has been taken. Keeping in mind the needs of the common man, the government is trying to make it as easy as possible. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain this scheme application and all the conditions related to it to you. The newly formed government of Madhya Pradesh is planning to provide free houses to the poor homeless people in the state. Madhya Pradesh is working on preparing a plan to provide free housing units to the poor under the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme.
Now under the Mukhyamantri Aawas Yojana, Government will provide poor people own houses. Approval of approximately 100,000 houses per year under Indira Housing in Rural Areas is received every year in rural areas in Madhya Pradesh. This number is not sufficient considering the demand of rural areas. In such a situation, there was a need to start Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana to provide housing to the poor villagers of rural areas of Madhya Pradesh. It is a fully “demand-based participatory loan-cum-grant” scheme. Under this scheme, the beneficiary himself will construct the house according to various layouts (Creating Housing Itself According to Various Layouts by Beneficiary). A loan will be provided to the beneficiary person from the bank for 10-15 years depending on his ability and loan repayment capacity. Under the Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana, people of the rural areas of Madhya Pradesh state are taking another step towards development.
