Maha Bhoomi Records has been started by the Government of Maharashtra. People living in Maharashtra can get all the work of their land records done online. It has been expanded to 6 major places in the state. Aurangabad, Konkan, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, and Amravati are included in these major places.

Objective of Mahabhulekh

The government has made 7/12 by revenue department 7/12 complete details about the land like name of cultivation, length width of land, owner of land, number of land surveyed, details of cultivation like fertilizer power, pesticides The use of, the last crop to be planted in agriculture and which has been planted, whether the land has been irrigated by rain or has been done manually. 7/12 also contains the details of the loan given to the owner of the land which is given by the government agency. All the records of the expenses on the land by the owner such as buying seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides, any type of loan taken by the owner of the land, and all the ownership-related documents are made online.

  • Firstly the candidate has to visit the official website of Bhulekh for the Mahabhulekh portal.

  • The home page of the website opens in front of you, where many options come in front of you like - Pune, Aurangabad, Konkan, Nashik, and Amravati, you have to choose any one of them.

  • After that, click the Go option. After which options 7/12 and 8A will come in front of you, you have to click on any one of them.

  • After this, select the information asked on your screen like District and Taluka.

  • Now fill in the information by selecting the survey number/ group number/Akshara survey number/ group number details and click on the search option.

  • Submit by filling survey number/group number/letter survey number etc.

Procedure for making 7/12 mutation entry

  • For this, first, you have to go to the official website of Public Data Entry for Property Registration and Mutation in Land Records.

  • Then you need to log in by entering your username, password, and captcha code.

  • The option of mutation will appear in front of you, you have to click on it.

  • After this, you have to select your roll, after which you have to get an entry in your land record as well.

  • After entering, read the filled information carefully before submitting, if you have clicked on submit once, then you cannot change it.
