3. Notifying Bank Personnel-  When the applicant arrives at the bank branch, he or she should make contact with the bank officials. The bank official will request a thumb impression in order to verify the applicant's assertions.

4. Document Verification - After receiving the applicants' information, bank staff will examine the loan paperwork.

5. Transfer of fund- If the application meets all of the conditions, the officials will take the appropriate measures to transfer the monies to the farmer's account.
