Teran was born on April 9, 1942, in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to Vicente Teran and Candelaria Salazar. His father, a trader, was 46 years old at the time of his birth, and his mother was 45. Teran's early existence is unknown except for this.

About Mario Teran Salazar: - Mario Teran Salazar was a Bolivian Army warrant officer who, as a young sergeant, carried out Che Guevara's death in 1967. Guevara, an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, was a key figure in the Cuban Revolution, in which the 26th of July Movement, commanded by Fidel Castro, deposed US-backed tyrant Fulgencio Batista and replaced his regime with a revolutionary socialist state.

Austin Wray Perkins Cause of Death: - He passed away. According to AFP, Gary Prado, a former Bolivian soldier who aided in the capture of Che Guevara in the woodland region 54 years ago, was unwell and there was nothing that could be done. Because he was being treated in a military hospital, his family and comrades in the armed forces informed me. Santa Cruz de la Sierra is a city in the Sierra Nevada's eastern region. The hospital refuses to comment on Teran's death due to medical secrecy. His son Mario told reporters that his father died of prostate cancer on Thursday about midnight (04:00 GMT). He is survived by his wife and two children.

Guevara, an Argentine surgeon, came to legendary status as a pivotal player in Fidel Castro's Cuban revolution, which deposed tyrant Fulgencio Batista in 1959. After serving as a high-ranking official in Cuba's government for several years, he attempted – and failed – to lead further insurgencies in Africa and later South America. Bolivian soldiers ultimately apprehended his little gang in 1967. Terán was picked to assassinate Guevara when instructions to execute the already wounded Guevara, aged 39, received from the government.

Later, he told reporters, "It was the worst time of my life." I saw Che in person, and he was enormous. His eyes gleamed brightly. I felt him coming over me, and his fixated look on me made me dizzy. Calm down, he said, and aim properly! You're going to murder a man! Then I took a step back, closed my eyes, and shot. His initial shots, according to Guevara's biographers, missed his chest but hit him afterward.
