In the year 2011, a very ambitious and far-reaching scheme was launched by the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government of Madhya Pradesh, which is named Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojna. MP Mukhaymantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana under which children whose age is between 0 to 15 years and their children are infected with heart disease, For their successful and meaningful treatment, the Madhya Pradesh government has officially launched the Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana at a total cost of Rs 15 crore, under which free treatment, operation and cost of medicines for children infected with heart disease Will be picked up.

MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana Overview

For the successful and meaningful treatment of children whose children are between 0 to 15 years of age and their children are infected with heart disease, the Madhya Pradesh government has officially launched the Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana at a total cost of Rs 15 crore. Under which the cost of free treatment, operation and medicines will be borne for children infected with heart disease.

Objective of MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana

• Treatment is provided to children suffering from heart disease between 0 to 15 years of the families of the natives of Madhya Pradesh state.
• The following diseases are covered by the scheme.  The treatment assistance is provided under the scheme for 1.3 lakh for simple surgery, 1.5 lakh for complex surgery and 1.8 lakh for valve replacement.

MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana(New updates)

Special campaign will be started to detect children suffering from heart disease. Children identified in this campaign will be given free treatment and operation through specialists. The state government will help cover the full costs of treatment and operation. Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that arrangements would be made for free treatment of children in the state who suffer from Thalassemia and Diabetes. This will be addressed in the near future.

Advantage of MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana

1. All the children infected with heart disease in the state will be cured by free treatment,
2. Free operation of children's heart disease will also be done,
3. All over the state, first priority will be given to children infected with heart disease,
4. 4. Adequate arrangements have been made in all of the state's medical colleges for children's tests, operations, and medicines, among other things.
5. Across Madhya Pradesh, the total number of children infected with heart disease may be 30,000,
6. A total provision of Rs 15 crore has been made for everyone to get the benefit of MP Mukhaymantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana 2022.

STEP 1: Candidates must first visit the Madhya Pradesh State Public Service Agency's official website.

STEP 2: click on the "M.P. Lok Seva Guarantee Portal."

STEP 3: Now, in the top right corner of the website, click on the link "Naagrik Panjiyan."

STEP 4: Fill in the blanks with the requested information and double-check your work.

STEP 5: After completing the online registration, the applicant must login by clicking on the "Login" link on the M.P.Lok Seva Guarantee Portal.

STEP 6: After logging in with your email/mobile number/user id and password, the online application form for Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana 2021 will be displayed.

STEP 7: MP Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana 2021 Carefully fill out the scheme registration / application form and click the Submit button or Print Form.

The child will be treated for free in a government or private hospital after being verified by the MP government.

Eligibility for MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana

1. All children must be Madhya Pradesh residents,
2. All children must be in the "BPL category," i.e. below the poverty line.

1. The government's estimate of government hospitals or private hospitals.
2.  Certificate of disability (including family list) for treatment due to financial difficulties-Chief Executive Officer of the rural area, official authorized by Janpad Panchayat.
3.  The chief municipal official of the municipal/municipal council area, and an official authorized by the commissioner of the municipal company area.
4.  Proof of the age of the patient-birth certificate, transcript, Aadhar card, Panchayat certificate and certificate issued by the competent authority.
5. Two passport-sized colour photographs taken within the last two years

Financial assistance in MP Bal Hriday Upchar Yojana

Mukhyamantri bal hriday upchar yojana MP has identified diseases such as ventricular septal defect (90,000), atrial septal defect (80,000), and tetralogy of Fallot (100,000),patent ducts atriosis (65 thousand), and pulmonary astenosis (one lakh). Financial assistance of up to Rs.1 lakh is available for Aortic Cooperation and Rheumatic Heart Disease treatment packages(1 lakh).
