Narayan seva sansthan is a Non-govt company, incorporated on 23 oct.1985. Narayan have two hospital and each hospital have 800 beds. They also have 20 physiotherpy center, and more then 45 branches in out of india
On june 2014 narayan seva sansthan orgonised a wedding event for people who sick with polio. That event was orgonise in delhi ramlila maidan and there is 92 couple were married. Narayan seva sansthan also orgonised africa seva tour which was associate with gayatri parivar.

The founder-chairman of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Udaipur, Shri Kailash Ji Manav was born on January 2, 1947 in Bhinder town of Udaipur (Rajasthan) district in the house of social worker Shri Madanlal Ji-religious Smt. Sohini Devi Ji Agarwal. His father was a businessman and mother was a pious housewife. As a child, you were very humble and lived in the company of pious social workers and saints. From him he came to know the truth of humanity and life.With the rites of parents and the teachings of saints, he took the initiative to remove social evils and serve the suffering humanity.
