  • Study Tours: A study tour may cost up to Rs. 900 per year for OBCs and Rs. 1600 per year for SC/STs. Candidates enrolled in technical and professional programmes will be compensated. The research tour amount is restricted to the actual transportation costs incurred by the candidate.
  • The study excursion will be offered if the institution's head confirms that it is essential for the candidate's field of study.
  • Tuition, library, magazine, medical examination, and other fees will be charged to candidates.

Punjab Aashirwad Scheme Criteria

  • A candidate must be a Punjab's legal citizen.
  • The applicant must be from the OBC or SC ST category.
  • The student should have completed the tenth grade at any accredited government-private college or Board of Secondary Education.
  • The applicant's age must be at least 17 years old.
  • The annual household income of the SC and ST categories shall not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakhs from all sources combined.
  • The OBC category's annual household income should not exceed Rs. 1 lakh from all sources.
  • The person who wishes to apply for the scheme shall not have been the recipient of any scholarships.
  • Students enrolled in correspondence courses via distance learning are not eligible to apply.
  • Applicants seeking a post-graduate medical degree are eligible.
