Candidates seeking for this position must have a 10th-grade diploma or an equivalent certification from a recognized institute. Aside from that, a trade certificate with a minimum of 50% marks is required. Candidates will be chosen on the basis of their merit.
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and no older than 24 years old as on January 17, 2022.
Selection will be based on a merit list generated for all individuals who apply in response to the announcement. The merit list will be compiled based on the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation (minimum of 50% aggregate marks) plus ITI marks in the trade in which the Apprenticeship will be completed. The panel shall be formed on the basis of a simple average of matriculation and ITI grades.
