Before his tenure as CEO, which would have lasted 15 years, in April 2024, Dasgupta resigned. The maximum term for CEOs under the new regulations is 15 years. Dasgupta is going to work for the Asian Development Bank.

Mantri joined ICICI Lombard in 2015 as an executive director and has since been in charge of the retail divisions and distribution across all channels. He also played a key role in the company's IPO.
