Many families in the country are financially disadvantaged, and they are unable to marry their daughters. Different types of schemes are run by the federal and state governments in such a situation. So that no female in the country remains single as a result of the country's poor economic situation. The Uttar Pradesh Government has a similar scheme called the Uttar Pradesh Shadi Anudan Yojana e. The Uttar Pradesh government provides financial help of Rs 51000 for the marriage of daughters from economically disadvantaged families through this scheme.
UP Shadi Anudan Yojana Overview
This scheme is being operated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Aditya Nath ji for the marriage of girls from economically disadvantaged families in the state. The age of the daughter should be 18 years or more on the date of marriage in the application to be submitted under this UP Shadi Anudan Yojana 2022, and the groom's age should be 21 years or more at the time of marriage. A maximum of two girls from a family will be eligible for a payment under this scheme.

UP Shadi Anudan Yojana Eligibility Criteria 2022
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- People from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Minorities, Backward Classes, Economically Weaker General, and others will be eligible for this scheme.
- The annual income of the beneficiary's family in rural regions should be Rs 46080, while the annual income of the beneficiary's family in urban areas should be Rs 56460, according to the Uttar Pradesh Marriage Grant Scheme 2021.
- Under this arrangement, the girl must be 18 years old at the time of marriage and the boy must be 21 years old.
