In Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Atre made her acting debut, where she played Palchinn Basu. As the titular lead in Kapoor's Kasturi (2007–2009), Preeti in the Indian drama series Do Hanson Ka Jodaa (2009–2010), and Angoori Tiwari in the Hindi sitcom Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! (2016–present), which is one of the longest-running Indian comedy shows, she went on to receive widespread acclaim and award success after working in the show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.
