When he meets a little girl named Mini, who calls him her ‘friend’ — played by Anumegha Kahali in Ghosh’s film — a father-daughter bond develops between them, which reminds Rahmat of his own little girl back home.
“By stepping into Rahmat’s shoes in Kabuliwala, I find myself traversing the timeless corridors of Tagore’s narrative.
