Consumers in cities can pay their bills in 12 instalments, while those in rural areas can pay in 24 instalments. The monthly instalment would be Rs 1500 as a minimum. Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana would provide financial help to all children whose parents have died as a result of corona infection. Unemployment stipend of 1000 to 1500 rupees would be offered to educated unemployed young in the state from Intermediate (12th) to graduation under this scheme.
