Rajasthan Shramik Awas Yojana 2022

This scheme is initiate by state Govt. of Rajasthan. Under this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance of Rs 1.5 lakh to the workers registered with the labor department to build a house (house). So that the workers can build their own pucca house.

Shramik sulabh Awas Yojana 2022, Advantage

If you want to take benefits under the Construction Workers Sulabh Awas Yojana and want to build a house on your own land, then you will be given financial assistance of up to Rs 5 lakh to build a house through this scheme.
Those who are eligible for the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana or any other scheme of the Central Government by the State Government will be provided an amount of up to one and a half lakh from the State Government only for the construction of houses.

Who will get the benefit of Shramik Sulabh Awas Yojana

Its benefit will be given to those citizens of Rajasthan, who do not have a house to live in. Today he is living his life in a slum or on the footpath. Under this scheme, only those people will be provided assistance.

Shramik Sulabh Awas Yojana 2022, Eligibility Criteria

To the beneficiary of BPL category,
Compliance. Caste/Sr. to the beneficiary of the people,
to special persons
Beneficiaries having only two daughters
To the woman / family coming under the Palanhar scheme
And for more than one year, preference will be given to the beneficiary registered in the Board.
Must be a registered construction worker as a beneficiary in the Board for at least 1 year;
If he builds a house on his own plot, then the land should be owned by himself or his wife/husband and the said plot/property should be dispute-free, mortgage-free.
In addition to taking loan from financial institution/bank, in case of construction of house by taking loan from own savings or other source, it will be necessary to get the
certification of estimated construction cost of the house from Junior Engineer or higher engineer of Panchayat or Municipality.
If there is already a house in the name/proprietary title of the beneficiary or his wife/husband or dependent son or daughter, then grant/assistance will not be payable to such beneficiary in this scheme;
The ownership of the house shall be in the joint names of both the husband and the wife.
